I'm Rob Roemers
I didn’t follow the traditional career path. I helped build one.
From international data projects at Deloitte, to founding and scaling a boutique data consultancy firm, to rebuilding trust and leadership in a struggling public-sector team... my path has always led through chaos, systems, and clarity.
But after years in the game, I realized something important:
Real leverage doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from knowing where you're going.
So I stepped back. Refocused.
And built Perpetual Bounty to help others do the same.
Today, I work with data and analytics leaders at critical crossroads, helping them gain clarity, build momentum, and lead with confidence.

My Story
It started in Seattle... at the dawn of the internet.
As a teenager, I found myself living near Microsoft HQ while the world was discovering Netscape and dial-up modems… and I was hooked.
Back in Belgium, I studied communication science, moved to Brussels, taught IT before graduating... and jumped straight into consulting.
Since then, I’ve led global data programs, founded a boutique data consultancy, held senior leadership roles inside complex organisations, and helped turn around teams in crisis.
But over time, I realized: clarity beats complexity.
And leadership isn't about doing more, it's about knowing where you're going.
That’s what I help others build now.
